The forum is back up!
After some recent discussion we have decided that we are going to have a do-over.
This means that a few things will be changing.
1) Ramin is now an owner of |HP|, as is Genitech.
2) All 3 owners have full access to both the VPS and webhosting.
3) All staff will have their ranks setup properly on the forum
4) The server is changing;
After finding out that we had 134 permabans I realised that I haven't been watching over the admins enough. This was all pointed out to me by both Genitech and Ramin. As a result the server was seldom populated and if it was it'd rarely go over 10 players if that.
So, what's happening? Well, Genitech has written out the rules in full, for starters, as well as admin instructions. We will also be having a meeting 1 on 1 with each admin once every week to discuss how you've been getting on and what you could improve on etc.
In order to get our population back up the server itself is also changing, the biggest change being our switchover from rp_bangclaw to rp_downtown_v4c. Why are we changing map? Because we _need_ the players that the other map will bring.
There is a bunch of other stuff too that I won't list here.
